Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
This privacy policy explains what information danielmoshe.com ("the site," operated by Daniel Moshe) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is a personal professional site. It is intentionally simple, and it is built to collect as little information as possible.
The short version
- No analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies are used on this site.
- The only information collected is what you choose to send through the contact form.
- That information is used solely to respond to you. It is never sold.
Information collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, a topic, and a message. This information is delivered to Daniel by email so he can respond. The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards the submission and does not require an account. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy practices.
Server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may automatically record standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. This is handled by GitHub under its own privacy policy and is not used by Daniel for tracking or marketing.
How information is used
Information you submit is used only to read and respond to your message and to correspond with you about your inquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except the form-delivery and hosting providers described above, or where required by law.
Data retention
Messages are retained in Daniel's email for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of correspondence. You may ask to have your information deleted at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing daniel@danielmoshe.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; requests of this kind are honored regardless of location.
Third-party links
This site links to external sites (for example LinkedIn, YouTube, and the businesses Daniel is involved with). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and applies a content security policy as a safeguard. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but reasonable measures are taken to protect any information you send.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
